For dinner last night I had a fantastic cole slaw (while the soup was still cooking), the dressing ingrdients of which were: dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, sherry wine, olive oil, white miso paste, brown sugar, and water. When I make it from scratch, I will post the quantities. * * * veganism |

10 10 pm pst [ sunset photos ] Matthew's mother came home from work and was grouchy to find him and I planted on the couch again. We feel as though we are on vacation, and thus are perfectly happy to vegetate on the couch on all possible occasions. I decided after five straight days at his house I was ready to go home. I packed up and asked him if he would like to go. He said yes and began to pack. An hour and a half later, we were on our way. I took photos of the sunset while waiting. |
