Why do people always say the world was created in seven days? It was created in six. Vacation time can't be counted in creation time.

I've spent all day (and I will no doubt spend all weekend too) working on the opening logo for the new age show I am working on. It is a foetus becoming an adult, and then there will be all sorts of other effect. Thus far I have only roughed out the basics. But I am pleased with how it is going. My mom thought it was wonderful; my dad told me it was deformed. This sums up my parents quite nicely.

two years ago today: "I feel really guilty when I am forgetful, especially when it comes to people's names. And gifts, I hate getting gifts confused. Is it really my fault though?"

one year ago today: "First dinner out since I've been home was enjoyed last night by my brother, Matthew and I. We were seated next to the woman who was in Spaceballs and Melrose Place, who I vaguely recognized, but never would have been able to peg if our waitress hadn't filled me in."
