9 24 pm pdt   [ a smattering ]

[
hair ] I have been very negligent in my photographic duties. I've taken a smattering of pictures, but I've been a lazy girl about putting them on my computer.

I've been a lazy girl every day; the minute I get home from work I go into vegg overdrive mode. But at work, I'm am managing to give full energy levels. I've been raging through my tiny wadrobe, and experimenting with my hairdo on a daily basis.

Doyle brought me flowers on monday for not letting him wimp out of going out dancing. We did have so much fun. We have lunch together everyday. Our boss made a mistake by scolding us together for being too social; not we have something to giggle about all day.

I wonder how indoor plants can tell that the season has changed. My bonsai from Sam is super happy, as well as my grapevine from Matthew. I pet their leaves when I eat breakfast each morning. They smile their green smiles at me. I can't wait for my Bougainvillea to bloom and my vine to make me yummy Cabernet grapes.

We are supposed to rotate machines at work, but we've all quickly become wedded to a single cubicle.

I brought my camera to work so Doyle could shoot some footage. When he was done, he pointed it at me. I pretended to be upset.

I listened to the most incredible aria while driving home today. I opperate under the assumption that no one will get mad at me for blasting classical. I did switch to classic rock when commercials came on my favorite classical station (105.1). We Love LA came on and I blared it (windows down because the air is still broken in my car). At a light, I heard someone else singing and looked over to see two women singing along with me. I flashed them my million dollar smile and drove home just a tiny bit faster.

I am so excited that my man will be in town this weekend!
