11 10 pm pdt   [ to New Orleans ]

I will be out of town from the 23rd to the 30th in New Orleans for SIGGRAPH. Matthew will be there for the same length of time, and though we will be working, we are looking on the trip as a vacation.

I am excited about going. I've never been to new Orleans. I have no doubt that it will be sweltering at this time of year, but we'll have fun nonetheless.

On the Tuesday we are there, we are going to a comapny party on a riverboat. But we will both be done working on Thursday, so we have through Sunday to relax and explore.

Do you have any suggestions on where to eat or visit while in new Orleans? I'd appreciate it...
