11 47 pm pdt   [ hard at work ]

I am really pleased about the prospect of creating the tutorials for our new software product at work. Unfortunately, that isn't enough work for me, so today I outlined a redesign for our company's site and e-mailed it off to my boss and our marketing director. I may also write some introductory sections to our new manual and offer them up to the woman in charge of documention. I have no trouble finding things to do as long as nobody minds me veering off in all sorts of directions I wasn't actually assigned to.

I am also considering trying to learn a programming language, since our new product will allow for command line scripting. Don't you wonder how many people stopped reading in the middle of that sentence?

I sat up bolt upright last night at four in the morning. My arm had fallen asleep (I have poor circulation) and I somehow had a flash of a nightmare that it had been asleep for too long and parts of my arm had died. That was a yucky feeling. I had another allergic reaction yesterday, and it sure would be swell if I had medical insurance and could go get my allergies tested.

I am a dork up past my bedtime again. I have been deeply engrossed of late with reading Hyperion by Dan Simmons. I had waffles for breakfast this morning. I keep some at work for emergencies. I made the most divine roasted orange peppers tonight, sprinkled with balsamic vinegar. Do you have a good vegan recipe you think I should try?
