8 18 am pdt [ final exams ] I had difficulty awakening this morning from a lengthy dream. I was in school and it was finals day. First I left the house without eating, so I went back to get some food. But I ate regular food, and when I left the house again, I was dissatisfied to have not had breakfast (it was the morning) so I went back for that. When I left a third time, I forgot something, and when I went back for it, the apartment had rooms but the floor was water, and there were unstable walkways inbetween the room. I ended up falling in the water and being very frustrated that everybody made such a big deal out of fishing me out. I've been writing down my dreams for quite some time, and the only pattern I can glean is that since graduating I have had a surprisingly large number of dreams about being back in school.
