I am a loon, and elected to read Citibank's Credit Info site and stumbled across How Americans spend their money according to the Federal Government's Consumer Expenditure Survey:

- Transportation 17%
- Food: 15%
- Savings/Insurance 9%
- Education: 8%
- Clothing: 6%
- Health Care: 5%
- Entertainment: 5%
- Other: 3%
No, no, it wasn't just for fun. I was trying to find info for Matthew on how to get his credit report and whatnot. I'm trying to help him get his finances on track. I stumbled across Marketing List Opt Out Information [note to self to do this asap] as well as the origin of Spam as a computer term. I've really been frustrated by spam lately, so I took the time to read about California's Anti-Spam Laws.
