Having a hard time dealing with losing my grampa. The
funeral scene on a morning sitcom; the wretched "grandparents are special"
song in the Pillsbury commercial; the lengthy thread about US funeral
homes on diary-l. I'm using
his last birthday card to me as a bookmark in my book. I probably have
some of the money he gave me for Christmas left in my wallet. I'm going
to spend it on The Paradox

of the day is funereal meaning:
Suiting a funeral; pertaining to burial; solemn. Hence: Dark;
dismal; mournful.
That suits my mood.
