6 24 pm pst [ stolen weekend ]
Matthew is flying into town for the weekend to
configure a machine for his newest client. I am looking forward to two
days of stolen moments. We are having dinner with his sister and her
boyfriend tonight, which should be lovely. I haven't been on many double
dates. I am quite nostalgic about dating in the 50's, when girls got
"pinned" and wore their boyfriend's class ring. Matthew spent weeks
telling me that he didn't want a girlfriend or a commitment, and it was
only after her introduced me to a friend as "his girlfriend" that his
attitude changed. He didn't even ask me...
