_________________ 7 29 pm pdt [ magnificent ] I had a perfect, wonderful, magnificent weekend. Our party was perfect (at least from my experience) and I had a wonderful time. I got to gather most of my closest friends in one place and I was filled with delight. Our place held six online journallers, six people I met at Berkeley, two couples I met through Matthew, four friends of friends, two of Matthew's former roommates, as well as Matthe, his sister, and I. It was a magic evening for me. Today we had a "building bbq" at which we ate amazing food and met the vast majority of our nieghbors. Everyone is married and come November there will be five babies in the building. When someone suggested there was something in the water, Matthew announced, "Only bottled water for you!" We had yummy veggie burgers and mild conversation. Then I put in a brief appearance at a friend's housewarming before we settled in to play a game and watch Wonder Boys. I wanted to introduce Matthew and his sister to the film before I returned it. They both enjoyed it...
[ 3 years: ] three years ago today: I didn't write because I was in New York.
one year ago today: Matthew is being shipped off to IBC in Amsterdam at the beginning of September.
