_________________ 10 51 pm pdt [ and Monday comes ] We are both exhausted. Matthew woke up around four this morning to take his sister to the airport so she would be back in time for work today. He had a dentist appointment late in the morning. It was his first in five years and his dentist said married men live longer than single men because their wives make them do these maintenance things. That made me laugh, since I had talked him into going (it took a whole year!). I went into work this afternoon with Matthew and we had dinner down in the valley. Now we're both glad to be home and we'll surely go to bed early.
[ 3 years: ] three years ago today: I didn't write because I was in New York.
one year ago today: Tonight I took Rebecca and two of her 14-year-old friends from summer camp to a Groaning Mona show at Scruffy O'Sheas (in Marina Del Rey).
