Our stir fry recipe was loosely based on one in The Classic Vegetarian Cookbook by Rose Elliot.

three years ago today: Classes from 10 am till 9 pm and I am too tired to write.

two years ago today: From Harrisburg we went straight to Hershey, without even stopping for breakfast. Never go on the chocolate tour without having breakfast!

one year ago today: I've taken to telling people I'm having a bad month. It has been a particularly bad week.

The Intruder (1999)

I asked Matthew to select the evening's movie and he said, "Want to see a really bad movie with a possible naked Nastassja Kinski?" I said sure. She didn't get naked, but the film wasn't as bad as had guessed it would be. At first it seemed that the film was ripping off the plot of Rebecca (1940) but then it moved into a whole time warp sub-plot. It wasn't great, but it didn't make our eyes bleed.
