_________________ 1 48 pm pdt [ ? ] Will you forgive me if I skip trying to make an entry today? I have little errands to do, and books to read, movies to watch, clothes to fold, food to eat. I'm busy living.
[ 3 years: ] three years ago today: I didn't write because I was on a plane headed to Florida for my sister's Bat Mitzva. two years ago today: My father, Dennis (a family friend), and I travel down to my Aunt's in New Jersey. In the evening we grilled my grandfather on the family tree. one year ago today: I'm also a big fan of having a national vegetarian day, though I'd be even more pleased if we all engaged in vegetarian Wednesdays. Unfortunately, this country doesn't celebrate much (though we do put on a good show for Christmas). Rather than creating a new holiday for August, I propose that every person in this country (and wherever else they celebrate it) spend all day on Halloween in costume, as I try to. It really makes life a bit more fun.

The plot moves at a sort of reckless pace, but every
shot is a stunning composition and I felt it was a well constructed film.
