Matthew is difficult to play games with. He doesn't want to win and he doesn't want to lose. For the latter, I have to especially careful when we are playing a new game. If he loses too often at a new game, or feel that it makes him looks tupid, then he won't play it ever again.
 

 
He gets embarrassed when he wins, projecting that his opponent must feel as rotten about losing as he does (which I hardly think is possible).
 

 
All of this serves to make gaming with him a little less enjoyable than it could be. I love games. For me, games about being mentally challenged and having fun. Matthew doesn't always have fun, and I can't understand why. I suppose this is another area for us to work on together...
 

 
And during tonight's game, work called him three times. Yes, at 10:30 pm!
