In class tonight we were discussing ethical dilemas and the subject of wrongful termination came up. The people in my class either don't understand the law or don't feel protected by it but they basically all dismissed wrongful termination protection as a joke. It seems sad that we all have to sink part of our paycheck into supporting a legal system that we don't feel protected by.
