As if my day isn't long enough... Tonight I went straight from work to babysit for three hours. I had one of my preschoolers and her older sister. They were very silly and I had a good time but wow am I exhausted. The highlight was when I got them to their bedroom they started running in circles and the older one said, "We get very hyper right before bed, especially with a babysitter we know." I joined them running in circles. Later the little one took off all her clothes and did somersaults for ten minutes. They were feisty about going to sleep and I feel like I failed as a sitter because they were still awake when their parents came home. More money and more entertainment...
