Today we awoke very early and flew across the country. From the airport we drove straight to a restaurant (The Rust Skupper!) house a five-family graduation party. It was quite the social experience. in attendance were my mother and father, my brother and sister, my grandfather (my only living grandparent), Matthew (my beau), and my mom's pseudo-ex-boyfriend Howard. Don't ask.

I sat at a table with one of my brother's college roommates and his family, who are all upset about his decision to foin the military. The conversation was not dull.
