My family has owned Apples since they first became available. The first machine I bought was a clone. I later gutted it to make a swanky machine for my mom.
I had:
- a Power Tower Pro 250 (Macintosh clone [parts])
- a 19" CTX Ultra Screen, model #VL950, which I run at 1152 x 870, 100Hz with a varying desktop image
- 320 megs of RAM (which I got when RAM was dirt cheap)
- three 9 gig Micropolis drives, software striped into a 27 gig RAID array (which I got when drives were blooming expensive)
- a Miles ultra wide SCSI card
- A MotoDV firewire card
- a mouse pad from the I-House, who's webpages I used to maintain
- a mouse pad from Matthew's mother, with a picture of us on it (but I lost it on my cross country trip [pout])
- lots of wonderful Adobe and Macromedia software
Before that I had:
- a Centris 650
