R A C H E L ' S   D A I L Y   D I A R Y Charles & Groaning Mona Having claimed that I am not a big fan of concerts, I have discovered a passion for live music. I think I find concerts disappointing because the music doesn't sound the same as the recorded version, but if I go in with a clean slate... I might as well own up to the fact that I was an official Groaning Mona groupie. I just loved every show. Luckily, my dear friend Charles (formerly of amaebi.org; then of geektragedies.com; now of gfrblxt.com) often got me comped tickets, so I didn't go broke on my obsession. Charles and I met because one day he thought he spotted me in a bank in Santa Monica. But that's a story for another time...
